EVPS Software & Modules
Sell Proxmox properly — provisioning, portal, backups and isolation.
ProxmoxCloud Suite turns Proxmox VE, Proxmox Backup Server and Proxmox Datacenter Manager into products you can sell from WHMCS. Clients get a real self-service panel; you get provisioning, metered lifecycle, per-tenant isolation and backups that are actually wired up.
Reselling Proxmox is easy. Operating it safely is not.
Anyone can wire an API call that creates a VM. The hard parts are the ones that bite later: tenant separation, token permissions, backups you can actually restore from, and a client panel that does not hand a customer the keys to the cluster.
Isolation that is enforced, not assumed
Every tenant is scoped at the Proxmox ACL layer. Permissions are applied to BOTH the user ACL and the token ACL, because a token inherits nothing on its own — a detail that quietly breaks isolation in hand-rolled integrations.
A client panel worth giving customers
Power control, console, resources, networking, snapshots, backups and rebuilds — in your WHMCS theme. Clients never touch the Proxmox web UI and never see another tenant.
Capabilities are probed, not guessed
The suite reads what each cluster genuinely exposes. Where a capability cannot be confirmed it fails open with a clear message rather than presenting a control that will error.
Built for production from the start
Encrypted credentials, no panel SSO payloads in logs, ownership re-verified on reads as well as writes, and a task queue so long operations never block a WHMCS request.
What the suite does
Everything below runs against the real Proxmox API — VE, Backup Server and Datacenter Manager.
Provisioning
Create, suspend, unsuspend, terminate and rebuild KVM guests and LXC containers from WHMCS product configuration.
Client dashboard
Live CPU, memory, disk and network graphs with power state and a task history the client can actually read.
Console access
noVNC and xterm.js console for KVM and LXC, brokered through a scoped token so no cluster credential ever reaches the browser.
Storage & disks
Disk add, resize and move across configured storage, with the guest limits your product defines enforced server-side.
Networking
Interface management, IP assignment, rDNS and per-guest bandwidth accounting.
Firewall
Per-guest firewall rules, security groups and aliases exposed to the client without giving cluster-level access.
Snapshots
Create, roll back and delete snapshots with quota limits so a client cannot fill your storage.
Proxmox Backup Server
Scheduled and on-demand backups, retention policy, restore requests and visible backup state per guest.
Datacenter Manager
Multi-cluster inventory and placement so growth across clusters does not become a spreadsheet.
Node & cluster placement
Automatic node selection by free capacity, with pinning where you need a guest to stay put.
Cloudflare DNS
Self-service DNS records for provisioned guests, driven by a scoped Cloudflare token rather than a global key.
Panel sign-on
Brokered client sign-on to the panel where you want it, with the exchange never written to any log.
Per-tenant ACLs
User and token ACLs applied together and re-checked, so a narrower sub-path role can never silently strip inherited access.
Task queue
Long operations run on cron and report progress, instead of returning success while work is still pending.
Audit trail
Every provisioning and client action recorded with actor, target and outcome for support and dispute handling.
Admin tooling
Cluster inventory, connectivity checks, capability reconciliation and diagnostics that name exactly what is misconfigured.
Your staff and your customers
Captures from a live installation — the admin side and the client panel.
How to get it running
- Install. Upload the suite, activate the addon and set the server module on your Proxmox products.
- Licence. Paste the key issued at checkout. Check-in is automatic and the current state is always visible in Diagnostics.
- Connect. Add each cluster with an API token. The suite reconciles what that cluster and that token can actually do before exposing anything.
- Scope. Apply the tenant ACL model. Never narrow an existing WHMCS Proxmox token afterwards — a deeper sub-path role REPLACES inherited access rather than adding to it.
- Configure. Define products, resource limits, snapshot and backup quotas, and which panel features clients may use.
- Operate. Diagnostics, the task queue and the audit trail show what is happening; failed tasks surface rather than disappearing.
Protected, licensed, supported
ionCube protected
Encoded for ionCube Loader 13.3 and above — the version measured on certified hosts, not inferred from the encoder generation. A readable preflight explains a mismatch instead of a blank page.
Properly licensed
Issued through WHMCS Software Licensing on order, with reissue when you rebuild or move a server.
Supported
Support and updates included for the term. Lifetime and agency licences include updates for the life of the product.
Credential-safe
Cluster credentials are encrypted at rest, masked in call logs, and panel sign-on exchanges are never written to any log at any verbosity.
Compare the three licences
One codebase, three ways to buy it. Every tier ships the complete feature set; the difference is installation count and term.
